  • Responsible for full sets of accounts more than 1 company, ensure completeness, accuracy of accounts and up to date monthly. Perform daily data entry for accounts payable, receivable, and general functions.
  • Prepare payment voucher, petty cash voucher, journal, payslip, salary calculation, accounts receivable and of accounts payables and bank reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and systematic filing of daily accounting transactions.
  • Ensure timely payments are made and progress billings, collections, and reports are up to date.
  • Assist with monthly stock take and ensure data accuracy in the accounting system.
  • Collaborate with auditors for financial reporting and ensure compliance with tax/statutory regulations.
  • Address vendor, client, and internal requests efficiently.
  • Support management with ad-hoc accounting tasks.
  • Process and calculate commission on a weekly basis
  • Salary preparation including KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, Levy submission.
  • Prepare and keep track payment for monthly loan
  • Managing director's claim.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports.
  • Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Maintain accurate tax records and support tax audits as required.
  • Diploma in Accountancy, CAT, LCCI, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (AutoCount is a plus).
  • Strong communication and task prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin is an advantage (as we deal with China Supplier)
  • Own transport and willingness to work in Bandar Puteri, Puchong
