Role Description
- Responsible support in Voice, Data Wholesale & SMS within 12 hours shifts (11am till 11pm / 3days work 3 days off)
- Qos live traffic monitoring, maintain carriers performance expectation and communicate with internal team for further actions.
- Identify,analysis, troubleshooting and handling customer and supplier escalation through resolution accordance to company stipulated SLA
- Development of knowledge and skills in voice,network and system administration, particularly with regard to company system and platforms.
- Make route block/adjustment/necessary action if observe performance issue.(after bussiness hour)
- Liaise and coordinate closely with internal teams enquiry, provide advise & solution for the concern party
- Coordinate with other department (if needed) to make sure service qualification from technical department are very good.
- Attending internal request (Provide information based on queries)
Requirement:
- Diploma in IT, network and relevant fields or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 12-24 months experience in a Technical Support or similar role is a bonus.

- Good communicator with a natural aptitude for dealing with people
- Good voice & network diagnostic skills.
- Strong analytical skills and able to collate and interpret data from various sources.
- Ability to assess and prioritise faults and respond or escalate accordingly.
- Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues.
- Fluent in English and Malay.
