Site Supervisor

• Follow and enforce project timelines and schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
• Arrange and coordinate work schedules for workers and subcontractors in line with the project plan.
• Monitor the quality and workmanship of completed tasks to ensure they meet the developer’s standards.
• Oversee logistics, including managing worker accommodation and coordinating deliveries to maintain site efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers, the project team, consultants, safety officers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Track and manage materials, including monitoring usage, storage, and handling methods.
• Arrange for the procurement of materials and tools in collaboration with the procurement team and suppliers, ensuring all supplies meet project requirements.
