  • Handle all e-commerce platforms related to new product listings, promotional mechanics, traffic acquisition, sales and conversion.
  • Drive the sales performance of the e-commerce platforms to achieve KPIs.
  • Communicate with other departments on visual and content preparation for e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain for demand planning to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide monthly analysis reports on sales, campaigns, and performance.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all e-commerce platforms by addressing issues promptly and implementing feedback.
  • Manage relationships with agencies to ensure timely participation in platform campaigns, effective ad, budget allocation, and live streaming events.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce or equivalent.
  • Have at least 1-3 years working experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience in digital marketing is an added advantage.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize e-commerce strategies.
