1. To align and implement Hi-P Corporate Customer Quality system, standard and procedure at site level.
2. Manage and ensure CQEs handle Customer Complaints and quality related queries on time and effectively
3. Ensure customer requirements are implemented at site.
4. Ensure product quality plan had been carry by all CQE for all projects and evaluate PQP effectiveness.
5.Implement quality tools in production to support corrective and preventive actions and continuous improvement.
6. Part and line approval follow up (Q-package) in the whole project.
Job requirements:
1.College degree of Science/Engineering or equivalent knowledge With 5+ years' experience in quality control including 3+ years experience in customer quality management .
2.3+ years experience in FATP,Molding
3.Be familiar with quality technical / management tools ,Be familiar with the knowledge of 5 Tools(PPAP/APQP/SPC/MSA/FMEA) ,Knowledge / certification of six sigma is preferred .
4.1+ year quality engineer’s experience in incoming, manufacturing / customer service area.
5.Good spoken and written English language skills.
6.Well learning ability to understand customers’ request.
