Responsibilities

  • Performing a full spectrum of GL function and to maintain a full set of account and monitor general ledger transactions.
  • Responsible to meet the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements of company.
  • Maintain accounting records including data entry of complete and accurate data for day to day business transactions.
  • Prepare closing of management accounts, perform analytical review and trend analysis
  • Prepare accounting documents and monthly schedules.
  • Responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of operations in the general ledger, fixed asset and intercompany accounts, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare other balance sheet reconciliation to ensure robustness of accounts, and investigate and clear differences on a timely basis.
  • Prepare Group Consolidation accounts and related financial reports.
  • Working closely with operations and other departments to solve accounting and operational issues.
  • Responsible on ad-hoc sensitive or analytical analysis, reporting to facilitate the Management on their decision making when required.
  • Support and liaison with auditors to ensure completion of statutory audit.
  • Liaison with tax agents, tax authority to support internal and external compliance for company tax filing, withholding tax requirement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, experience in audit firm and MUST be able to perform group consolidation.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in finance/Accountancy (MICPA / CIMA / ACCA).
  • Proactive, dynamic, detailed oriented, good at multi-tasking and able to work independently and meet tight deadline.
  • Able to work well with the team in a fast paced environment.
