We are seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strategic HR support and partnership for our APAC and Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the tech or Web3 space, and will bring a deep understanding of HR practices across multiple countries. This role requires a hands-on, data-driven HRBP with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and stakeholders across the APAC region on all HR-related matters.
- Drive HR strategies that support the company’s mission, culture, and values in a fast-evolving tech environment.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR programs, including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Facilitate talent acquisition strategies for the APAC region, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide expertise in employee relations, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive a high-performance culture that encourages continuous growth, development, and retention.
- Use data-driven insights to guide HR decisions and provide regular reporting on key HR metrics for the APAC region.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across APAC countries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5 - 10 years of HR experience with at least 2+ years in a regional HRBP role covering APAC.
- Experience working in the tech or Web3 industry with a solid understanding of industry trends.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies in a high-growth, innovative environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics, with a strategic mindset to turn insights into action.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in multiple APAC countries.
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility.
