  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Consolidate and analyses financial statements / data and report financial performance by comparing actual results, financial KPI and ratios with past data, forecasts and projections.
  2. Coordinate with subsidiary and joint venture entity pic on the preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis.
  3. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on all related matters.
  4. To assist in corporate exercise assumed by the Group.
  5. Validation of information / input in the monthly reports to ensure accuracy.
  6. Assist in Group budget and forecast preparation.
  7. Manage all taxation related matters.
  8. Projects investment return evaluations, project budget monitoring and analysis.
  9. Perform analytical review of consolidated financial statement which includes profit and loss, balance sheet and trend analysis.
  10. Handle treasury function including secure trade line, borrowings, cash flow planning and forecast reporting, monitoring compliance on financial covenants.
  11. Risk management, establish or refine internal control, process improvement.
  12. Any other task assigned by GFC.

Requirements

  1. Possess at least bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or equivalent, preferably with a professional Qualification (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA/CIMA).
  2. At least six years of working experience in a similar field, with three years of experience in a manager role. (Experience in audit and taxation would have added advantage)
  3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  4. Hand - on group consolidation experiences
  5. Confident and good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Self-resilient and able to work in a fast-paced and aggressive environment.
  7. Proficient in handling Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
