Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Pre-Sales Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and demonstrate how their products and services can solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities :

  • Research and identify new business opportunities, follow up on potential business opportunities and convert potential prospect leads into accounts.
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients to understand clients’ requirements and prepare business proposals.
  • Follow-up and ensure timely response to enquiries and assigned tasks

  • Implement sales programs by developing action plans to maintain and grow the existing client portfolios.
  • Lead business negotiation, finalize deals with client and handover to Technical team for implementation.
  • To establish and sustain long-term relationship with clients by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of company’s offerings, services and value proposition.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Conduct market analysis, survey and research to generate business opportunity, understand market trends, and update of competitors activities.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping with current requirements, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Communication or related courses.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or related field; preferably in IT industry.
  • Strong customer service experience with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as on a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and multi-tasking environment.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel.
