In this role you will be responsible for preparing and finalising artwork for print and digital media, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will work closely with local marketing teams across DPE’s global offices in 12 markets as well as Digital Centre of Expertise teams to deliver a diverse range of creative assets that meet brand guidelines and project timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create, update and finalise a wide range of print and digital materials, ensuring all assets meet the highest quality standards.
- Adapt and typeset materials in multiple languages (including non-Latin scripts, and special characters).
- Create static and animated digital assets and content for use across email marketing, website, Instagram (Reels as required, stories and in-feed) and TikTok (as required).
- Create and update artwork for print media, including POS, flyers, packaging and Merchandise.
- Ensure that design files are set up correctly for the intended output, whether it’s for print, social or digital.
- Review requested edits are applied, check text and content for errors before finalising the design.
- Review colour profiles, typography, and image formats ensuring they are brand and output accurate. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to document layout and typesetting.
- If the project involves print ensure that designs meet their specifications (such as resolution, bleed, and trim marks etc).
- Conduct a thorough quality check to catch any errors or issues before the final product is delivered.
- Work closely with other team members to deliver project requirements and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure all deadlines are met via proactive time management; where delays occur, provide effective communication with the Traffic Manager.
- Maintain and update templates and resources to enhance efficiency and consistency, and efficiently manage file organisation and version control.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and After Effects.
- Intermediate video editing and motion graphic skills.
- Experience using Creative workflow software such as Monday.com, Adobe Workfront are desirable.
- HTML5 Display ads Animated GIFs Social Content.
- Knowledge of file formats, resolution output, and specifications for various output mediums (print, web, social media, etc.), Illustration, iconography, infographics.
- Meticulous at catching and correcting errors, ensuring the final product meets high-quality standards.
- Understanding of print processes, including bleed, trim marks, and colour separations, to prepare designs for print production.
- Ability to work efficiently within deadlines and manage time effectively, especially in fast-paced and time-sensitive environments.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines without compromising design creativity or attention to detail.
