Duties: - Interact with clients via phone or live chat to address their requests, concerns and feedback; - Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; - Handle online registration process of riders/couriers and assisting them in solving work related issues; - Data entry and work with CRM system We Offer: - Free online training course from the first day of working; - Stable remuneration each month without delay, annual salary revision depending on your performance; - 5-day working week (Tuesday - Saturday: 9 am - 6pm) on-site work from Kuantan office; - Support in all business processes (legal assistance, advertising and digital marketing, IT and tech support, customer service quality, accounting, HR, etc.); - An experienced mentor who will teach you about the nuances of our business; - Possible growth & career advancement. Requirements: - Experience in Call Center / Telemarketing will be an advantage but is not mandatory; - English skills: minimum B1-B2 level; - Top-notch communication & problem solving skills; - Phone etiquette and good listening; - PC literate.
