Driver

1. To ensure all company vehicles must valid road tax and clearly displayed at windscreen. 2. To ensure the vehicle is in good condition, clean, check water, fuel and other engine fluids; refill as required and to ensure warning devices are in good condition. 3. To ensure tyres and spare tyre are in good condition with appropriate pressure level. 4. The driver shall record the reading of the odometer in the transport requisition from before and after the trip. 5. The driver shall keep all the relevant receipts (fuel & etc) and submit to finance for reimbursement process. 6. The driver is responsible to carry out daily shuttling routine for all personnel inside the RMN base and aware about speed limits (30km/j). 7. To provide services & transportation for any BSES personnel from Kuala Lumpur or Lumut on arrival or return to Kota Kinabalu International Airport including loading and unloading luggage, products, materials. The driver also responsible in adjusting travel routes to reach destination in a timely manner. 8. Based on rotations, the driver on shift shall be on stand-by mode as when and required during operations and maintain discipline and always drive safety in mind. 9. If the event of casualty i.e. car breakdown or accident, the driver shall report to HOD or HOU for immediate action. 10. The driver also reports, records and monitor repair the corrective and maintains a travel log recording for all vehicles. Abiding by Malaysia traffic laws, the driver at the recorded time shall bear any summons or parking tickets issued to management. 11. Ready to receive any instructions from management for immediate/emergency work purpose. 12. The vehicles shall be cleaned and parked at the KKIP office after completion of duty. The driver shall return the vehicle key to the PIC.
