Available Departments and Responsibilities: 1. Customer Experience Department Role Overview: Interns in the Customer Experience Department will be vital in supporting excellent service delivery to our clients. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, assisting with booking processes, and managing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. Interns will learn customer service strategies, build communication skills, and contribute to creating seamless client experiences. Key Learning Areas: Communication skills, problem-solving, customer relationship management, and the use of customer service software. 2. Business Development Role Overview: Interns in Business Development will assist in identifying new market opportunities, conducting research, and developing business strategies. They will participate in brainstorming sessions, help prepare presentations, engage with potential partners, and support event planning and coordination to promote LangkawiBook’s services. This includes managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and providing on-site support. Key Learning Areas: Market research, strategic planning, partnership development, event coordination, and data analysis. 3. Finance & Accounting Role Overview: Finance & Accounting interns will handle fundamental tasks like bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and tracking expenses. Under the guidance of the finance team, they will also gain insights into budget management and financial compliance, helping to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance. Key Learning Areas: Accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. 4. Operation & Logistic Role Overview: Interns in the Operations & Logistics Department will manage our car rental services and help coordinate daily logistics. Responsibilities include monitoring vehicle logistics, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs, and liaising with drivers. This role is ideal for those interested in the operational side of a travel company. Key Learning Areas: Logistics management, time management, teamwork, and operations coordination. 5. Human Resources Role Overview: Human Resources interns will gain experience in HR processes such as recruitment, employee onboarding, and administrative tasks.
