QMS Manager

About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a QMS Manager to join the team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT in Pengerang Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the company's quality management system to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance. What you'll be doing Establishing, implementing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet international standards and regulatory requirements Overseeing the planning, execution and monitoring of quality assurance and control processes across all areas of the business Conducting internal audits and managing corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities Analysing quality data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and driving continuous enhancement of quality performance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of quality and ensure all employees are aligned with quality objectives Maintaining quality documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions and records Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards and best practices Providing training and guidance to employees on quality management principles and practices What we're looking for Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality management role, preferably within the manufacturing, logistics or engineering sectors Thorough understanding of quality management principles, methodologies and international standards (e.g. ISO 9001) Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to work independently and lead quality initiatives proactively Proficient in the use of quality management software and data analysis tools What we offer At ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
