The Boatman plays a crucial role in the efficient and smooth operation of the Banana Bot service. This position involves handling various tasks related to maintaining and operating the Banana Bot, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. responsible to: 1.Operate and monitor Banana Bots during scheduled shifts. Ensure that Banana Bots are properly charged and maintained for optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with Banana Bots. 2.Safely load and unload items onto the Banana Bot for delivery. Navigate the Banana Bot through designated routes to deliver items to customers. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to specified locations. 3.Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Respond to customer inquiries and address any issues promptly and professionally. Represent the company in a positive manner during customer interactions. 4.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the Banana Bot. Follow traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe navigation. Report any accidents, incidents, or malfunctions immediately 5.Maintain clear and effective communication with the Operations Manager and other team members. 6. Provide regular updates on delivery status and any challenges encountered during operations. 7.Keep accurate records of delivered items, including recipient signatures and any issues encountered. 8. Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to the Operations Manager. Requirement: - Malaysian (Non malaysian - at least have document) - Basic swimming skills - Able to work under various weather - Able to work under pressure - Excellent in communication skills - Basic knowledge in CPR & first aid
