Job Description/Responsibilities: 1. To prepare Master Project Program Schedule. 2. To prepare Planning and Scheduling of all construction activities using project planning software. 3. To monitor the Actual Progress Against Schedule Progress using PPS on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. 4. To carry out Coordinating and Scheduling works with relevant subcontractors and suppliers in order to achieve scheduled milestones. 5. To assisting and reporting to the Project Manager in planning and control function. 6. To advice the Project Manager in case of progress slippage and to Prepare Recovery Schedule and Advise on Mitigation and Preventive Measure. 7. To prepare all necessary Progress Reports for submission to client and management. 8. To generate various Network Diagrams for Monitoring and Reporting purpose. 9. To coordinates the client’s representatives, consultant, constructors, specialist vendor and liaise with authorities on various approvals. 10. Prepare and review project progress reports, proposals, contracts and required documentations, coordinate and execute them to timely completion and handover. 11. To monitor and ensure the project is progressing positively in aspect of cash flow, cost quality and time 12. Overall responsibility for all project works and selection/management of sub-contractors to ensure project is complete on time 13. To manage and monitor the construction team in terms of planning and implementing work, project site scheduling, supervision and quality control with the objective of ensuring project progresses smoothly and completed within time frame. 14. Review/ monitoring of Sub contractors schedules. 15. To file and update document according to the sequence number. 16. To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time. Qualification and Experience: 1. Possess Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or its equivalent. 2. Preferable 5 years working experience specializing in civil/construction projects. 3. Well verse with planning software Primavera & Microsoft Project. 4. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information. 5. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. 6. Willing to travel when required and possess own transport.
