The Sichuan Chef will be overseeing and, be responsible for the daily operations of his/her department in accordance with the Company’s Standard. He/she will be completely responsible for all the training & development, supervising and coordinating all section within his/her department, including any tasks that request by Executive Chef / Director. He/she should be comfortable in leading and managing his department and provide support and training on an ongoing basis. Furthermore responsible to ensure only the highest quality of food for the guest through meticulous consistency, taste and presentation of all dishes. Additional, he/she will be monitor the food inventory, maintaining proper control of ordering & purchasing procedure & costs.
