Job Summary: Erican Language Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking dedicated and experienced expatriate English teachers to teach physical classes at our centre in Malaysia. This position involves teaching English to both local and international students of varying proficiency levels. We are looking for candidates with a passion for language education and the ability to create an engaging and effective learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct English lessons in a classroom setting for local and international students. Develop and deliver lesson plans that cater to different proficiency levels, ensuring students gain confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English. Manage and facilitate classroom activities to foster interaction among students from diverse cultural backgrounds. Assess student progress and provide individualized feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Maintain a high level of classroom discipline and create an environment conducive to learning. Work closely with the academic team to adapt lessons based on students' needs and the centre's curriculum standards. Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and methodologies. Qualifications: This position is strictly for expatriates (preferably from the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Middle East , Pakistan etc.). Native or near-native proficiency in English. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a physical classroom setting, preferably with both local and international students. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Strong cultural adaptability and ability to work with a diverse group of students.
