Helps maintain standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back-of-house cleaning duties as directed. 11. Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors. 12. Ability to complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard. 13. Ability to present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day.
