Job Description: 1. To oversee the full spectrum of HR and Admin functions in the company including employee disciplinary issues 2. Responsible in foreign worker management, including work permits, passes and related procedures. 3. Ensure hostel management comply with the Employees’ Standards of Housing Accommodations Act 1990. 4. Ensure maintenance and upkeep of the office, factory compound, canteen facilities, equipment, infrastructure and company assets e.g., firefighting equipment, pump house & power house. 5. Responsible for general administrative matters e.g., utilities, relevant & permit licenses renewal, security management, staff welfare, office material printing/purchase, pest control, panel clinic, etc. 6. To maintain and review the HR policies, SOP and employee handbook in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations including employee discipline management. 7. Responsible in ensuring the establishing, implementing and maintaining ISO IMS documentation and records, related to HR & Admin function, achieve the documented requirements. 8. Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
