QUANTITY SURVEYOR Semenyih

To submit and update site progress claim once received from Site Supervisor. Prepare tender documents & submission. Prepare expected profit and loss budget, material budget, compile and submit to superior for verification and approval. Prepare correspondence letter related to contractual issue and submit to Head of Contract for reviewing/ verification purpose. Ensure the project database up to date. Perform all other duties assigned by superior. **Responsibilities**: - Cost estimations and pricing - Quantity estimations and projections - Cost controlling on all projects and ensuring budgets are achieved - Work closely with Purchaser for awareness of cost of goods to enable accurate forecasting and estimations - Proactive engagement with the Site Supervisors and Project Managers on all live projects to ensure timely and accurate progress claim submissions - Monitoring subcontractor accounts, interim valuations, and final accounts. Ensure payment certificates are processed and payments are made per the agreed sub-contract and procurement terms. • *Requirements**: - 3rd level Qualification in Quantity Surveying or relevant Qualification. - Experience of Remeasures Essential - Knowledge of Electrical Engineering would be beneficial - Strong attention to detail - Commercial awareness - Ability to work well on own initiative - Eager and willing to learn - Excellent organizational and communication skills - Competent IT skills Language Speaking， Reading， Writing mandarin (preferred) English , Bahasa malaysia Team player, adaptable & practical • *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: - Fixed shift - Monday to Saturday - Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred) • *Experience**: - Construction Estimating: 5 years (preferred) -Working Experience: 5 years (preferred)
