SALES & APPLICATION ENGINEER EXPORT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements 2. Ensure existing clients are retained and maintained while developing new customers 3. Ensure all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales 4. Monitor market conditions, competitive activities, and general economic conditions in support of business decisions and long-term planning 5. Manage all communication with manufacturing and technical departments for new product development 6. Constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work. 7. Provide HVAC system design, equipment selections, quotation preparation on time to sales team 8. Preparation of documentation such as equipment drawings & technical datasheet to sales team for tender submissions 9. Carry out customer services activities, order processing, equipment delivery and coordinate after sales request with service team 10. Liaise with engineering/ production team on customization solutions QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE • Preferably someone with minimum 1-2 years working experiences in international sales in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Industry or related industry • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. • Diploma holders in Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical or equivalent with at least 6years experience can be considered. • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent are encouraged to apply. • Able to lead a team of executives and engineers in meeting sales objectives. • Able to work cross departments and communicate effectively and get the joint agreement when there is misalignment in between departments and sections. • Proficient in Microsoft applications and good communication and presentation skills. • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
