JOB DESCRIPTION
> Assist the Department Manager in supervising the team to ensure compliance with established store policies and procedures in the meat department.
> Perform cutting and displaying of meat products, including overseeing the freshness and quality of food items.
> Assist the Department Manager to motivate a team of staff to attain a high level of food quality and comply with the company’s standards on food portioning, quality standards, policies and procedures.
> Oversee the maintenance of the kitchen counters, kitchen equipment and food storage areas to ensure it is clean, sanitized and organized.
> Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Department Manager.
