- Attend to all Receptionist work task
- Arrange and monitor and record all documents via courier service
- Assist in Customer Sales & Service for Beauty Equiptment/Beauty Machine repair (NMR); also overlooking into Transfer Notes
- Key in SPA service and SPA spare parts and Tax Invoices
- Draw diagram of machine planned for service
- Record Usage of Company 's Maxis Bills
- Update of Branches & HQ Telephone /Hand phone contacts from time to time
- Keep track of Company Vehicles- Road tax and Insurance Renewal, Driver's hand phone, usage of Petrol cards, Touch & Go, Car Keys and allocation of Company vehicles at car park.
- Other general activities and ad-hoc task required by Head of Department or the Management
- Must have a driving license and be able to drive
- Hardworking and responsible; min SPM
- Basic computer skills
- Required language(s): English, mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia ( As most of the Company documentation and Company Culture and Communications is in Mandarin)
