We are looking for a Customer Care Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers or client’s feedback and complaints in a professional manner
  • Understand customer enquiries and respond via applicable channels: email, chat and closing the ticket
  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks
  • Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Degree / Diploma / Cert / SPM holder with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and Tamil will be added advantage.

Previous experience in a customer support especially in handling Emails & CRM + Livechats

Strong typing skills to handle Livechat

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
