Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Financials
- Work with line manager to execute financial decisions (ie: pricing, costing, trade spend, product mix and etc) and manage assigned trade spend funds.
Strategy & Planning
- Work with line manager and participate in building annual business plan by participation in developing, seeking necessary approval for commercial and business plan strategies and executing them.
- Under guidance, work with internal stakeholders to manageportfolio for customeror distributor to launch new streamlined products, formats and concepts to the consumer/end users.
- Under guidance, work with external stakeholders (customer/distributor) to constantly analyze ongoing commercial activities to support business planning and improve ROI with a view to continuously improve driving sales growth by conducting pre and post trade promotion analysis.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary qualification in any related field; Business Management or Marketing major are preferred.
- The successful candidate must be driven, self-starter, strong strategic orientation and business acumen, creative, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, networking, ability to work independently, self-motivated, pro-active and creative in getting things done.
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written) is mandatory and ability to converse and communicate in regional national language and dialects are an advantage.
- Conversant with presentation and analysis tools, including Microsoft Office Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
