Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Oracle Consultants with 3+ years of experience to join our team! This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in any of these Oracle modules: CRM Techno-Functional, SCM, Manufacturing, Finance, and HCM. You’ll work directly with clients to design, implement, and support Oracle solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Analysis: Engage with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle modules to align with client requirements and best practices.
  • Specialized Module Expertise:
  • Oracle CRM Techno-Functional: Integrate and customize CRM solutions to enhance customer relationship management and analytics.
  • Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management): Optimize SCM processes for efficient inventory, procurement, and supply chain workflows.
  • Oracle Manufacturing: Implement Oracle Manufacturing modules to improve production planning, execution, and quality management.
  • Oracle Finance: Enhance financial operations, reporting, and compliance through Oracle’s finance suite.
  • Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management): Configure HCM to improve HR functions, employee lifecycle management, and talent development.
  • Technical Customization: Develop custom extensions, reports, and workflows to meet client-specific needs within Oracle applications.
  • Training & Support: Provide user training, post-go-live support, and guidance to ensure smooth adoption and use of Oracle systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, technical design, user manuals, and support logs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality and business outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following Oracle modules:
  • CRM Techno-Functional
  • SCM
  • Manufacturing
  • Finance
  • HCM
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle tools, SQL, PL/SQL, and related technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certification: Oracle certifications in relevant modules are a plus but not required.
