Responsibilities
Identify Target Audiences:
- Analyze products and services to determine their ideal target audience.
- Consider product cost, purpose, and market competition to identify potential consumers.
- Develop strategies to highlight unique product features and appeal to new market segments.
Research Advertising Space:
- Determine the most effective advertising channels for target audiences, with a focus on META platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as TikTok and Google Ads.
Analyze Performance Metrics:
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as impressions, click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS) on META, TikTok, and Google platforms.
Build Relationships with Sales Agencies:
- Negotiate prices and contract terms with sales agencies for advertising spaces.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with sales agencies to secure future opportunities and manage campaign changes.
Monitor Advertising Budgets:
- Track spending and ensure campaigns remain within the marketing department's budget.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising campaign effectiveness.
- Petition for additional funding when necessary to achieve campaign goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2-3 years of experience in media buying, with specific experience in managing campaigns on META platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in META, TikTok, and Google advertising tools, as well as web analytics platforms.
- Media buying certifications, especially those related to META platforms, are a plus.
