- -Be the primary point of contact for clients and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. -Liaise between the customer and internal teams -Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetings; research and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects -Creating proposals and quotations by creatively thinking about the user journeys, interactions, immersion and how we bring the project to life. -Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on campaign performance -Collaborate with a cross-functional team (Operation, Production & Creative & Finance) in effectively executing campaigns & growth initiatives. -Prepare invoice to clients, handle budgets and manage campaign costs effectively. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. -Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Leverage market insights to provide strategic recommendations to clients and drive business growth. -Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop effective digital marketing strategies. Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and propose innovative solutions to drive business results. -Address client concerns or issues promptly and proactively, resolving conflicts and ensuring client satisfaction. -Discover customers’ needs and offer appropriate solutions from our portfolio. -Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation, product demo and performance analysis with the internal team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and ensure campaigns are executed effectively. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations -Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. -Nurture existing client relationships to drive customer retention and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and negotiate contract renewals or upselling of services. -Work together and manage the operation to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. -Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis and communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders -Perform ad-hoc operational duties & special projects as assigned
