Hiring Company Background : Japan based Leasing Company

Job Summary :

• Responsible for operational and admin of sale and marketing division through:

Issuance of monthly Invoices to customers

Monitoring and management of maturing contracts

Handling of queries from customers pertaining audit confirmation & payment related queries

Contract Management which includes sending of contracts for HQ signing, stamping, filing, etc

Monitoring & follow up of less than 30 days overdue follow up on payment

Arrangement for cheque collection & banking in

Sales Management system operation ( contract information, payment, collection)

Other operational & admin matters as assigned.

• Cooperate with all relevant departments within company including Subsidiary Sales Department at Tokyo Headquarters as well as other overseas offices outside Japan;

• Follow internal rules, procedures and manuals imposed by the Company including but not limited to risk management, information security, know-your-customer, anti-money laundering and other compliance matters;

• Support Head of Sales, Managing Director and/or other management member(s) in all respects with a view to achieving the Company’s objectives.

Required Experience :

- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Sales and Marketing or any related field

- Minimum of at least 2 years of Admin experience in leasing industry especially in ICT/ Office Equipment/ Industrial Equipment.

Salary Details + Benefit & Compensation :

- Salary may up to RM5K

- Performance Bonus(may up to 4months of bonus)

- EPF, SOCSO provided

- Salary Increment(Once a year)

- AL : 14days,

- MC : 14 days

- Transportation Allowance(RM350)
