Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives to join our Sales team. If you're excited to represent a fast-growing restaurant tech company and support business growth, we want to hear from you! We're seeking individuals with an upbeat attitude who can keep the team motivated while building relationships with restaurant owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial Outreach: Conduct cold calls and manage inbound leads to discover prospects’ needs. Engage in intelligent conversations to educate them about our products and their benefits.
  • Qualification: Assess leads’ suitability and interest by asking probing questions. Determine if they meet the criteria for a qualified sales opportunity.
  • Call Booking: Schedule calls for the Account Executives with qualified leads. Follow up on cold and warm leads to advance them through the sales process, achieving or exceeding monthly quotas.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Collect key prospect data from initial conversations. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data is up-to-date and properly categorized. Understand and follow tracking metrics and performance reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategies. Provide feedback on lead quality and help refine lead generation processes.

What You Will Bring:

  • Fluency in Chinese Mandarin (native) and the ability to communicate in English.
  • Previous experience in a sales position.
  • Familiarity with computer operations; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Persistence and resilience to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
