Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Program Manager to enhance the student experience at our digital bootcamp. This role will focus on creating an engaging onboarding process, delivering effective training experiences, and providing comprehensive career support for our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience design, program management, and educational services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Experience: Design and implement a welcoming and informative onboarding process that helps students transition smoothly into the bootcamp. This includes creating orientation materials, introductory sessions, and ongoing support resources.
  • Training Experience: Collaborate with instructional designers to develop engaging training programs that cater to various learning styles. Ensure that the curriculum is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Career Support: Establish and manage career support initiatives, including resume workshops, interview preparation, and networking opportunities. Facilitate connections between students and industry professionals to enhance job placement rates.
  • Feedback Mechanisms: Develop systems for gathering and analyzing student feedback to continuously improve the onboarding, training, and career support experiences. Use insights to make data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technology, and student services teams to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment that meets student needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects related to student experience, ensuring timely execution and alignment with the bootcamp’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, User Experience Design, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in program management, user experience design, or educational program development, preferably in a digital learning environment.
  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools for user experience design, MS PowerPoint, and project management.
