You will:

  • Advanced Transaction Reconciliation: Perform and oversee complex reconciliation tasks for key external providers.
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Prepare insightful reports to support strategic decision-making, and provide reconciliation data to Finance for month-end reporting and audit requirements.
  • Develop New Templates: Establish new reconciliation templates for both local and global providers, adapting to evolving payment channels and regional variations.
  • Collaboration and Documentation: Partner with other departments to ensure transparency on provider inconsistencies, assist auditors with evidence requests, and maintain clear documentation.
  • Daily Operational Support: Assist the Payments Reconciliation Manager in overseeing daily operations, continuously enhancing reconciliation procedures.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a payments reconciliation role, ideally in FinTech, or payments processing background.
  • Strong investigative skills and familiarity with payment provider dynamics, particularly local payment systems and credit card networks.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel is required; familiarity with additional reconciliation or any financial software is a plus.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with composure, working effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, maintain accountability, and see tasks through to completion.

What we offer along the way:

  • Competitive and attractive compensation
  • Extensive learning opportunities, such as professional training and certifications, soft skills development, free English courses, and trading workshops
  • Health and life insurance for employees, spouses, and children, including vaccinations, tests, mental health care, and coverage for vision and dental care
