Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team in Malaysia, supporting our Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media operations. The ideal candidate will lead our QA initiatives, ensuring our products and platforms meet the highest standards for quality, reliability, and functionality. This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing automated and manual testing processes to guarantee seamless user experiences and robust product performance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Testing Strategy & Execution Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for DOOH media applications and platforms. Lead both automated and manual testing processes across multiple projects, focusing on integration, functionality, regression, performance, and scalability testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand product requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. Automation & Continuous Improvement Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Drive continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, leveraging best practices to enhance testing accuracy, coverage, and speed. Defect Management Identify, document, and track bugs and issues throughout the development lifecycle, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution. Analyze and prioritize defects, monitor issue resolution, and report status updates to stakeholders. Quality Metrics & Reporting Define and track quality metrics, creating detailed reports and dashboards that offer insight into product quality, test coverage, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide quality assessments and release recommendations based on test results and quality metrics. Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing Mentor junior QA engineers, providing guidance and sharing knowledge to build a strong and efficient QA team. Contribute to training sessions, knowledge sharing, and the development of QA best practices.
