This role plays a pivotal role in driving the implementation of project strategies aligned with organizational goals, leading cross-functional teams to deliver results within established timelines. Oversee the planning and execution of large, complex strategic projects, ensuring objectives are met by applying project management principles and facilitating strategic, critical thinking across teams. Monitor project budgets and serve as a lead for corporate initiatives on assigned projects. These assignments typically involve high-impact project with significant scope, complexity, and risk.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the strategy lead to develop, prioritize, and implement strategic initiatives’ project plan that meet business and technology requirements.
- Manage the planning and execution of large-scale, complex projects, leveraging project management fundamentals to guide cross-functional teams through critical strategic processes.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track and within budget constraints.
- Lead projects with a focus on achieving measurable results, often encompassing substantial scope, complexity, and risk.
- Project process governance. Monitor and govern project processes with project team and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project documents and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required. Bachelors or Masters Degree in a field related to Business, Data Analytic, or Project Management preferred. Project Mgt Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) not required, but strongly preferred.
Minimum five years digital transformation project experience in a leadership capacity, preferably in strategic/corporate initiatives related.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to go through an assessment.
