  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Manage and supervise operators and contractors’ activities on Offshore Business (OBU) assets operations and maintenance to ensure their compliance to the planned operation and maintenance schedule on vessels uptime performance and reliability in compliance to the industry regulations and standards to meet client's requirements.
  • Provide operational and maintenance status reports and highlights on non-conformance.
  • Conduct conditional audits and inspections on vessels and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data for the development of operational & maintenance budget.
  • Consolidate vessels' budget against actual performance reports for department consolidation in determining operational excellence.
  • Responsible for establishing good financial control of all projects and producing quarterly estimates of expenditure and estimate final project cost.
  • Manage, monitor and verify Asset Management maintenance activities to ensure assets are maintained as per the Maintenance Management Systems (MMS) and within the approved budget for up-time reliability and longevity.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of operators and contractors to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of various contracts in safeguarding OBU's interests.
  • Manage, monitor and report the implementation of OBU's HSSE policies, procedures and guidelines in operational and maintenance activities to safeguard and protect life, asset and environment.
  • Act as an Asset contact person to provide leadership and technical support on HSE in case of safety emergencies and create appropriate reports to document progress.
  • Take lead in the technical evaluation during tender award process for operations and maintenance related activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of work experience especially in Marine Operations.
  • Minimum 3-year experience preferably in FPSO/FSO Operations
