We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hydrogen and Ammonia Systems Engineer for the development of a new LNG terminal. The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge and practical experience in the design, development, and implementation of hydrogen and ammonia systems within an LNG terminal setting. This is a consulting role, and the client is looking for approximately 5 personnel with the relevant skills and expertise to support this high-priority project.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop hydrogen and ammonia systems for use in LNG terminal operations.
  • Oversee the integration of hydrogen and ammonia systems within the larger LNG infrastructure.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient operation of the systems.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments related to hydrogen and ammonia systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards for safety, quality, and environmental impact.
  • Support the implementation of technologies for the storage, transportation, and utilization of hydrogen and ammonia as energy carriers.
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hydrogen and ammonia systems.
  • Monitor and report on system performance, and suggest improvements as needed.


Requirement:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 8 years of experience in designing and managing hydrogen and ammonia systems, preferably within LNG terminals or energy sectors.
  • Proven experience in hydrogen and ammonia production, storage, and transportation systems.
  • Knowledge of LNG terminal operations and integration of energy carrier systems.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards, regulations, and best practices related to hydrogen and ammonia.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
