  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support, and logistics) to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and maintain high service standards.
  • Minimum Diploma.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
  • Organizational Skills.

  • Salary is depending on working Experience.
  • Interns/fresh graduate may encourage to apply.
  • Outstation may apply, as we provide hostel.
