- Ensure that team addresses customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email and live chat.
- To coordinate with Overseas agent on the shipment consolidation by Air & Ocean.
- To coordinate with Operations department to ensure clients shipments arrive and are delivered on time.
- Responsible and resolve for customers' queries follow-up and processing.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, evaluate problems raised by customers and provide comprehensive answers and appropriate solutions.
- Able to read, write and understand Mandarin ( Will need to communicate with our client from China)
- Technical proficiency with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Words)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
- Excellent presentation skills and communciation skills.
- Good team player and responsible person.
- Working 5 days on weekdays and alternately on Saturdays
