Duties and Responsibilities for Payroll Accountant:

Accurate and Timely Payroll Processing:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with local statutory requirements and regulations.

    Onboarding New Employees:

    • Process new employees' paperwork, create employee codes, set up system logins, and capture all details needed for the payroll run and organizational records.

      Financial Reporting:

      • Provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.

        Preparing Financial Entries:

        • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing accounting information.

          Documenting Financial Transactions:

          • Document financial transactions by entering account information into the system.

            Financial Recommendations:

            • Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

              Summarizing Financial Status:

              • Summarize the current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.

                Payment Verification:

                • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.

                  Compliance with Financial Laws:

                  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.

                    Advising Management:

                    • Enforce adherence to financial requirements and advise management on necessary actions.

                      Preparing Special Financial Reports:

                      • Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high school Diploma/SPM or any other equivalent Beauty Academic qualification.
  • At least 2 years of working experience is preferred, or relevant working experience is a PLUS POINT.
  • Strong in leveraging persuasive abilities to engage potential customers and drive sales through phone and other channel interactions.
  • Excellent in answering inquiries, providing detailed information about Aesthetic Services/Plastic Surgeries, and effectively handling customers and transactions.
  • Excels at customer service and has excellent communication skills.
  • Uses phone etiquette best practices.
  • Fast learner about services, procedures, treatments, and protocols.
  • Works well independently and has good time management skills.
  • Bilingual in both Mandarin and English.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Always willing to learn and has a good attitude.

    Key Requirements:

    • Previous experience as a payroll accountant or in a similar role.
    • Understanding of local and governmental rules regarding payroll.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and other accounting software.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
