Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Telemarketer Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to inquiries and calls from potential customers, promoting our services in Seoul, Korea, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
Duties and Responsibilities for Sales Telemarketer:- Handle present/prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, using mobile equipment and other telecommunications technologies and apps.
- Leverage persuasive abilities to engage potential customers and drive sales through phone and other channel interactions.
- Convince customers to proceed with treatments/procedures by providing accurate information.
- Convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls.
- Provide detailed information to customers about services such as Aesthetic Treatments/Plastic Surgery Procedures.
- Document transactions by completing forms and recording logs.
- Maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up customer data.
- Keep updated and well-versed by following the organization's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Maintain theoretical and technical knowledge through training and orientations.
- Track customers contacted, and note those who prefer not to be contacted in the future.
- Follow up with previous customers for potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain records of customer contacts.
- Complete customer surveys to gather information about potential customers.
- Keep customer contact information confidential.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals/targets.
Qualifications and Skills:- A high school Diploma/SPM or any other equivalent Beauty Academic qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience is preferred, or relevant working experience is a PLUS POINT.
- Strong in leveraging persuasive abilities to engage potential customers and drive sales through phone and other channel interactions.
- Excellent at answering inquiries, providing detailed information about Aesthetic Services/Plastic Surgeries, and effectively handling customers and transactions.
- Excels in customer service and has excellent communication skills.
- Uses phone etiquette best practices.
- Fast learner, able to quickly understand services, procedures, treatments, and protocols.
- Works well independently and demonstrates good time management skills.
- Bilingual in both Mandarin and English.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Always willing to learn and maintains a positive attitude.
