Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold / warm calling and mapping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing and recruitment services.
- Meet and exceed KPI by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
Key Requirements
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and fluent in Cantonese.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in either recruitment, sales, or telesales roles.
- Comfortable with cold/warm calling for lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft word and excel.
