PostCo is a SaaS company transforming the post-purchase experience for e-commerce brands. We pivoted our business three years ago, starting with e-commerce returns, and today, we partner with hundreds of brands worldwide, mainly in Australia, the UK, and the US.

About The Job

As part of the the Strategy & Partnerships team, you are responsible for bringing on regional e-commerce retailers onto PostCo. You'll source, negotiate and sign deals with some of the largest e-commerce retailers around the globe with a focus for retailers based in Australia, United Kingdom and United States.

You'll work very closely with our team of engineers, product team and operators to develop a vision, strategy, and product roadmap to win each market we currently operate in.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the early founding team to scale one of the first global B2B SaaS startup from Southeast Asia.

  • Own the strategy and execution to expand our SaaS product internationally
  • Become a product expert and help customers use PostCo effectively; assist prospects through the trial and evaluation phase
  • Shape our product roadmap to be the best SaaS return software in each of our key markets (AU, UK, US)
  • Develop pitch and positioning for new products or partner segments
  • Lead, own and develop complex, multi-party sales process
  • Identify additional partnership opportunities in each region to help retain existing merchants
  • Serve as the voice of our retailers to drive the continuous improvement and direction of our product

Job Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of startup, partnership, consulting, or investment banking experience
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
  • Comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced and flexible environment
  • Fast learners who can learn and grow at an accelerated rate and can take on rapidly increasing responsibility
  • You have the ability to compile relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas

Compensation

  • MYR 5,000 - MYR 7,500

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for sales commission. The estimated pay range for this position represents total earnings (including base salary and incentive pay)
