We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and Prospect New Business Opportunities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments for our personalized gifts and merchandise solutions.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to target and acquire new business accounts.
  • Prospect, cold call, and network to generate leads and opportunities.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Drive Revenue Growth:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand business with existing clients.

Work Under Pressure and KPI Driven:

  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Be KPI-driven and result-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding the target set by the management.

Stay Current on Industry Trends:

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape in the personalized gifts and merchandise industry.
  • Leverage market insights to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or experience in Merchandise & Gift/Printing/B2B Sales will be an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Able to Speak/Read Chinese will be an added advantage.
