Senior Officer

Company :

1. To perform various administrative and/or project related duties in support of an individual or group. 2. To ensure compliance all applicable legal and code of practice governing of Environment, Safety and Health.

3. Assist ESH Head/Executive to review company HSE policies and procedure to ensure compliance with regulation and guideline.

4. To develop HSE awareness internal & external training plan and module for all level of employees.

5. Ensure annual TNA for ESH department update and communicate with Human Resource training section for implementation.

6. Liaise with departmental personnel in arranging their respective training as per plan.

7. Conduct training as per plant wide training plan.

8. Managing confidentially in department matters.

9. Any other task as assign by Superior on Company interest.

10. To take care the safety and health of himself/ herself and other persons who may be affected by his/her acts or omissions at work.

11. Implement ISO 14001 & 45001 as per standard requirement.

Inokom is involved in the assembly and manufacturing of light commercial vehicles as well as contract assembly. Its manufacturing facility is located in Padang Meha, Kulim, occupying 200 acres of freehold land. Production first commenced in August 1997.The Company is owned by a consortium of corporate shareholders, which constitutes of Sime Darby Motors Sdn. Bhd., Sime Darby Hyundai Sdn Bhd, Hyundai Motor Company of South Korea , and Berjaya Auto Berhad.
