We are currently seeking a Area Sales Executive (Southern) to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!
The Area Sales Executive (Southern) will be responsible in identifying, negotiating and promote DHL eCommerce’s products and services to potential prospects in his/her assigned location.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
- Build up sales volume & revenue with service point partners
- Approach sales prospects of all level from individual eCommerce operator to SMEs or corporations.
- Clear communication of client’s needs to service point or retail partners to ensure good customer and service experience.
- Possess knowledge of reading, understand and execute contract
- Work with Sales Support Team to manage existing network of service points for daily operational process and issues
- Provide operational guidance to DHL service point partners during outlet visitation
- Enable catchment area sales for specific high volume shops
- Support Business Development Team to build a wide network of service points in your designated catchment area
- Constantly look for better ways to increase revenue for existing footprint of shops in catchment area.
Desired Skills / Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, e-commerce logistics or service industry
- Aggressive sales person; a hunter by nature
- Diploma in Business Management or any related discipline
- Willing to travel within a predefined area within Malaysia
- People and customer management skills
- Mandarin Speaker would be an advantages
