JOB DESCRIPTION

General

  • Assisting supervisors and other staff members in their tasks.
  • Learn as much as possible and understand how the company works.

HR:

  1. Support the recruitment process including onboarding and offboarding employees.
  2. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers.
  3. Perform reference checks on potential hires.
  4. Create a new form when necessary.

Admin:

  1. Filing: organize and maintain company documents and records including sorting and labelling documents.
  2. Business card orders (upon request).
  3. Store office supplies and printers (when required).
  4. Assist in organizing company events (when required).
  5. Assist phone calls for the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Internship period of a minimum of 6 months from November 2024 and onwards.
  • A candidate who can start in November 2024 is preferable.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A final-year student or recent graduate.
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask.
