Tour Operations Executive (Johor Branch)
- To deal with the overseas DMC, Accommodation or cruise line principle;
- To assist in making booking in cruise line booking engine; OR
- To assist in all aspect of tour operations; including itinerary planning, costings, air tickets and ground arrangements, attractions, and other day-to-day activities; OR
- To assist in doing flight booking through the GDS system (Travelport, Saber and Amadeus)
- To compile and maintain records of business transactions to ensure all documentations are properly filed;
- Recording orders for all related tour services;
- To provide full support for tour packages sales and departures;
- To educate customers and partners on products, destination knowledge, and provide all relevant customer support;
- To participate in all field work, including Airport duties and travel fairs
