- Design tour itinerary and create tour departure
- Handling phone calls with airlines and ground operators
- Ensuring the Operations process flow implementations are according to company’s policy
- Follow up travel activities regarding quotation with ground operators
- Liaise with the Operation Manager regarding products development
- Ensuring Payment & Deadlines requirements are actioned for respective airlines and ground operators
- Collect and pay attention to customer & tour leader’s feedback and provide reaction plans wherever applicable
- Handle customer cancellation, short payment and others
- Take charge of private group’s itinerary (exp. custom make itinerary and quotation)
- Manage the ground bookings with local ground operator i.e. Hotel Reservation, restaurant bookings, domestic flight
- Email engagement & communication with ground operator, airlines and arrange for tour assignments to Tour leader
- Ensure full name list, departure/ arrival date are accurate before air ticket issued.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English. Both written and communication (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Minimum Diploma/ degree
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- No limitations on discipline, tourism or related disciplines are better
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Basic Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500
- High performance commission from RM300 to RM3,000
