  • Design tour itinerary and create tour departure
  • Handling phone calls with airlines and ground operators
  • Ensuring the Operations process flow implementations are according to company’s policy
  • Follow up travel activities regarding quotation with ground operators
  • Liaise with the Operation Manager regarding products development
  • Ensuring Payment & Deadlines requirements are actioned for respective airlines and ground operators
  • Collect and pay attention to customer & tour leader’s feedback and provide reaction plans wherever applicable
  • Handle customer cancellation, short payment and others
  • Take charge of private group’s itinerary (exp. custom make itinerary and quotation)
  • Manage the ground bookings with local ground operator i.e. Hotel Reservation, restaurant bookings, domestic flight
  • Email engagement & communication with ground operator, airlines and arrange for tour assignments to Tour leader
  • Ensure full name list, departure/ arrival date are accurate before air ticket issued.
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English. Both written and communication (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
  • Minimum Diploma/ degree
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • No limitations on discipline, tourism or related disciplines are better
  • Good at Microsoft Office
  • Basic Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500
  • High performance commission from RM300 to RM3,000
