Job Descriptions:

  • Provide on-site software installation and technical support to customers, resolving complex issue related to automation software systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/wiring and software problems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate technical solutions to customer in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to customer on issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date user/training and troubleshooting manuals
  • Travel to customer sites (including international sites) to provide hands-on technical support.
  • Dynamic work-shifts may be required on need basis.

Education Background:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Science/Software Engineering.

Experience Background:

  • Experience in software testing and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and customer skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong software troubleshooting skill in Windows and Linux Environment.
  • Experience in automation software support and maintenance is an advantage.
  • Ability to develop software scripts and troubleshooting tools is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SECS/GEM and SEMI standards is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of relational databases, including MSSQL, MySQL, and Oracle, is an advantage.
